Andre Bradley - Dodgems Project Worker

Andre joined Link to Change in April 2009 he is an experienced mental health worker and a qualified counsellor. He specialises in anger management and working with socially excluded young men.

Jane Masters - Sexual Exploitation Support Worker

Jane joined Link to Change in August 2010 as our Sexual Exploitation Worker. Jane has many years of experience working with hard to reach young people in pupil referral units. Her special skills are therapeutic outreach and developing new tools to use with clients.

Helen Rawden - Development and Chief Officer

Helen joined Link to Change in 2005 as a Project Worker in St Neots and became co-coordinator of St Neots Adult Services in 2007. Helen holds a law degree and a management qualification. As Development and Chief Officer Helen’s role is to manage the service and to develop new projects.

Blanca Gonzales-Tarrio - Administrator

Blanca joined Link to Change in October 2009 and looks after the day to day running of the organisation and provides admin support for the team. Blanca is developing our new volunteer project.
