What can we offer families and friends?

We offer a range of confidential services for parents and carers and also professionals who want to find out more about drug misuse and the associated issues.

• Telephone Advice and Support
Support, information and advice is available Mondays to Fridays 9.30am to 4.30pm. All answer phone messages replied to within one working day.
• One-to-One Appointments
Face to face support with a dedicated support worker. Evening appointments available on request.
• Accurate Tailored Information
A comprehensive range of drug information available.
• Counselling
Where appropriate we can refer carers to counselling services.
• Advocacy and Signposting
We work closely with other agencies and can offer additional support in accessing services specific to individual need.
• Group Sessions
We participate in and deliver parenting group and community sessions.
• Professionals Support
We offer support to professionals working with young people offering specific guidance on screening, assessment and risks of substance misuse. We can provide resources and information on drugs and drug related issues.
